Why It Works

Designed for How Little Ones Learn

"Before age 6, most children do not have the basic motor skills for organized sports. Balance and attention span are limited. What they need is free play, exploration, and the chance to discover what their bodies can do."

— American Academy of Pediatrics, Clinical Report (2019, Reaffirmed 2023)

That's exactly why Tiny Flyers exists. We're not a watered-down version of anything. We're built from the ground up for ages 3–5—designed to get the wiggles out, build body confidence, and prepare kids for the structure of a full school day.

Through play. Through exploration. Through safe risk-taking. Not drills. Not competition. Discovery.

📚 Preparing for School

We aim to get these kids well-adjusted for a full day of school—getting the wiggles out through movement so they're ready to focus, sit, and learn when the time comes.

"Movement solves problems that therapy can't reach. When children learn through their bodies, they build neural pathways that last a lifetime."

Dr. Judy has spent 30+ years studying how children learn. As SBTC's curriculum advisor, she ensures every Tiny Flyers activity is developmentally appropriate and designed around how young children actually learn—through play, exploration, and safe risk-taking.
