Speed vaults, kong vaults, precision jumps—fundamental parkour movements taught progressively and safely.
Climbing & Traversal
Wall runs, cat hangs, climb-ups, and traversing obstacles with efficiency and control.
Flow & Creativity
String movements together into creative sequences. Develop your own style and flow.
Trampoline & Acro
Build air awareness, flips, and acrobatic skills on professional trampolines.
Safe Landing
Rolls, break-falls, and landing techniques that protect the body and build confidence.
Strength & Agility
Functional fitness that builds real-world capability—not just gym muscles.

The Friday Demo
Every week ends with campers demonstrating their new skills and flow. Families gather to watch as kids show off vaults, jumps, and creative lines they've developed.
